Terms of Service

Effective date: March 26, 2026

Welcome to hackaws.cloud (the “Site”), owned and operated by Daniel Grzelak (“hackaws,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or any services offered through it, including our autonomous AWS penetration testing platform (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

A “Visitor” is anyone who browses the Site without creating an account. A “Customer” is an individual or entity that has registered for an account and uses the Service. A “User” refers to either a Visitor or a Customer. “Assessment” means a single penetration testing run performed by our autonomous agent against AWS resources you designate. “Content” means all text, graphics, data, reports, attack graphs, and other materials available through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are not (a) located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes; or (b) listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another party without our consent.

4. Authorized Use and Customer Responsibility

The Service performs autonomous penetration testing against AWS environments. By initiating an Assessment, you represent and warrant that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before running any Assessment. Unauthorized testing of AWS resources you do not own or control is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the configuration of your Assessments, including scope, exclusions, enabled techniques, and any safeguards or constraints. The autonomous agent will operate within the parameters you define. If resources are modified, disrupted, or destroyed as a result of Assessment configuration choices you made — including but not limited to overly broad scope, failure to exclude sensitive resources, or enabling techniques inappropriate for your environment — hackaws.cloud bears no responsibility. It is your obligation to review and validate all Assessment settings before execution.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

6. AWS Credentials

To perform Assessments, you provide AWS credentials (IAM roles, IAM users, or SSO users) as a starting foothold. You acknowledge that:

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, Site, and all associated Content (excluding your AWS environment data) are the property of hackaws.cloud and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Assessment reports and attack graphs generated from your AWS environment remain your data. We claim no ownership over your Assessment results.

8. Data and Privacy

hackaws.cloud stores your data in our own AWS infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties. Assessment data — including attack graphs, findings, and credential metadata — is stored in our database and is accessible only to you through your authenticated account. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HACKAWS.CLOUD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ASSESSMENTS WILL IDENTIFY ALL VULNERABILITIES, MISCONFIGURATIONS, OR ATTACK PATHS IN YOUR AWS ENVIRONMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HACKAWS.CLOUD, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HACKAWS.CLOUD’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HACKAWS.CLOUD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hackaws.cloud and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your unauthorized testing of AWS resources.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of New South Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
